Just wanted to inform everyone that this government tax credit of $8000 is coming to an end. Buyers must have there home under contract by November 1 and close by November 30 to qualify. In my opinion don't wait till NOV 1 due to new lending regulations it may take longer than 30 days to close. Meaning you would miss out completly on the $8000 tax credit plan ahead a little give yourself a 2 to 3 week cushion. Let me know if you have further questions.
